Superintendent Commercial Construction

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Field Superintendent to join our team!

You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Assign job duties to all the employees

Scope out all new projects, and perform floor/ceiling plan layout

Mobilize all resources (tools, equipment, supplies and raw materials) to the new projects

Maintain close coordination with the project manager / estimator

Track progress against schedule and budget

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, supervision

Well versed with commercial construction; specifically with means and methods as it applies to metal framing and drywall

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to build rapport with customers (general contractor)

Architectural blueprint reading
