Mechanical Process Engineer / Entry Level

Job Description

Requirements:

Seeking a 2026/2025 Engineering graduate or one year experienced Engineer with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.

Should have an interest in joining a high volume, fast pace mechanical components manufacturing operation.

Special note: Must be willing to relocate to South Bend, Indiana.

Duties:

Develop and improve instruction and manufacturing capabilities.

Review manufacturing outputs for problem resolution activities.

Utilize standard problem solving techniques including analysis of key inputs especially manpower, equipment, material and method.

Will act as Project Engineer on new project start ups.
