Full-Time Permanent Position

The ideal candidate will have experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and preventative service

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems

Service furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related equipment

Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

Ensure all work is completed safely and according to local codes and company standards

Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance

Qualifications:

2+ years of HVAC field experience preferred

EPA Certification preferred

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits:
