This is a full-time/direct hire opening. They were founded in the early 1900’s and have grown to be the industry leader for products that help people every day.

The current opening is for a Manufacturing Engineer. Main duties include:Optimize manufacturing processes to produce products safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards

Ensure equipment performs at optimal levels

Use data-driven solutions to continuously improve existing and new processes

Identify and address efficiency bottlenecks and process shortcomings

Lead root-cause analysis to drive process efficiency and reduce quality defects

Define specifications for new and existing equipment

Participate in internal and external quality audits

Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar function

Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail

Prior work experience in medical device manufacturing preferred

Project management experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be comfortable presenting data and proposals in meeting settings

Excellent organizational and project management skills
