Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor engineering staff to support team growth and performance
Oversee project execution, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and staffing
Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects in compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide technical leadership by guiding engineering approaches and solutions using industry best practices
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation
Provide strategic insight on environmental regulations, policies, and industry trends
Collaborate across offices to support operational success and project delivery
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of progressively responsible engineering and project management experience
Federal and/or commercial environmental consulting experience
Strong knowledge of CERCLA and applicable governmental regulatory policies
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience delivering projects under federal contracts
Experience with emerging contaminants
Familiarity with industry-standard project management software tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
