What You’ll Do:
Lead daily manufacturing operations and maintenance functions across two production facilities
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing on manufacturing equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and operational issues involving:
Hydraulic systems
Pneumatic and compressed air systems
Electrical systems and controls
Motors, pumps, conveyors, and other production equipment
Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and maximize production efficiency
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and operational disruptions impacting production or facility operations
Assist with equipment installations, facility enhancements, shop organization, and workplace improvement projects
Partner with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to identify maintenance priorities and operational efficiencies
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, inspectors, alarm providers, and service technicians to ensure timely repairs and compliance requirements are met
Maintain accurate computerized maintenance records, work orders, vendor communications, and preventative maintenance schedules
Monitor and manage inventory levels for maintenance tools, supplies, and replacement parts
Act as a dependable hands-on resource and problem-solver capable of managing a broad range of maintenance and facility-related responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance supervision, or facility management preferred
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player willing to step in wherever needed to support production, maintenance, and facility operations
Leader who enjoys variety in their day and leads by example through hands-on involvement and accountability
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and equipment troubleshooting within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Well-rounded maintenance experience supporting production equipment, facility systems, and building operations
Proven ability to independently identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement timely solutions
Hands-on experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred
Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on maintenance work
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating and working with vendors, contractors, and outside service providers
Proficient with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), email communication, and maintenance documentation
