Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team in Clearwater. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and inventory control. The ideal candidate must be able to operate a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage

Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment

Transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials to production lines and shipping areas

Order, track, and maintain materials needed for production

Follow manufacturing orders, work instructions, and safety procedures with little supervision

Monitor production schedules and communicate updates between departments

Assist with tracking machine run times and manufacturing orders to support production planning

Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

2– 4 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or material handling

Forklift and warehouse equipment experience required

Basic computer and Excel skills for inventory tracking and data entry

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management

Ability to work independently, stay on task, and adapt to changing production needs

Must be able to pass a drug test + clean background
