Quality Control Supervisor

We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance from raw materials through finished goods.

Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday–Saturday, 6:00–7:00 AM start) Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day quality control operations within the plantConduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goodsEnsure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and SQF standardsInvestigate quality issues, customer complaints, and implement corrective actionsTrain, mentor, and supervise QC team membersAnalyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvementsPartner with suppliers to resolve material quality issuesSupport internal and external audits and maintain proper documentationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing in quality controlPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systemsExperience with HACCP, SQF, GFSI, or similar standards is a plusExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsDegree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
