Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineering Architect /Lead to drive a focused pilot initiative using Cursor IDE and Claude Code to enhance software engineering productivity and quality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of quickly moving from experimentation to establishing scalable engineering practices, frameworks, and guardrails for AI-enabled development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute a pilot using Cursor and Claude Code within active engineering workflows

Utilize AI for code generation, refactoring, testing, code reviews, and documentation

Collaborate with client and engineering teams to demonstrate practical and repeatable value

Define AI engineering standards, usage patterns, and governance guardrails

Establish prompting practices, validation methods, and responsible AI usage boundaries

Set up and configure MCP servers for Claude Code integration Required Skills

Strong hands-on software engineering and coding experience

Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar

Experience with MCP servers or related context-injection mechanisms Nice to Have

Experience creating engineering standards, playbooks, or internal frameworks Deliverables

Working Cursor + Claude Code pilot implementation

MCP server setup and integration patterns Skills
