Candidate to function as our Nutritionist. We are a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Woodsville, NH serving the beautiful Upper Connecticut River Valley. The Cottage family has just over 250 employees, 37 active medical staff providers and 35 volunteers. Our facility has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation which was designed to bring clinical services together for easier patient access. Areas revamped to become more patient-friendly include: Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Day Surgery and The Pain Clinic. Job Description: : Responsible for assessing the nutritional status and needs of patients; writing and implementing an appropriate nutritional care plan; works in collaboration with the Director of Food Service and other Care Team members to achieve the goals of the nutritional care plan. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University. Successful completion of a Dietetic Internship accredited by American Dietetic Association or a training approved by A.D.A. in lieu of an internship. Prior work experience in a health care institution as a dietitian is strongly preferred. Registered by National Registration and licensed in NH.
