Quality Manager

Core Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field * 5+ years of quality experience within automotive or regulated manufacturing environments Preferred Requirements: * Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environments * Background in managing internal and external audits and certification processes The successful candidate will lead all plant-level quality activities and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

This role is responsible for driving a strong quality culture, maintaining an effective Quality Management System, and delivering consistent product performance.

Responsibilities: * Lead plant-level quality strategy and execution to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

* Own and maintain the Quality Management System, including audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Serve as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers, and external auditors on quality-related matters.

* Drive corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and defect prevention programs to improve performance.

* Oversee APQP and new program quality readiness while supporting continuous improvement across operations.

* Develop and lead the quality team while driving a strong culture of accountability, training, and performance excellence.
