We specialize in design and optimization of highly engineered complex products, systems and processes using a proprietary combination of cutting-edge digital twin / digital thread technologies, scientific machine learning (SciML) and High-Performance Compute (HPC). By creating high-fidelity virtual replicas of physical systems and processes, combined with advanced modelling and simulation techniques, we enable real-time performance monitoring, predictive analytics and design optimization—accelerating innovation, reducing costs, and reducing risk.
Overview
We are seeking a project manager to coordinate the roadmap, planning, and delivery across a growing portfolio of advanced dynamic simulations, data science, and engineering design products. This role will be responsible for aligning engineering, modeling, and platform teams, managing sprint cadences, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and with clarity—particularly in projects that bridge data, simulation, and intelligent systems.
Responsibilities:
Own project timelines, milestone planning, sprint execution, and backlog grooming across multiple technical teams
Coordinate with engineers, data scientists, simulation experts, and platform stakeholders
Facilitate regular status reviews and unblock cross-functional work
Translate high-level priorities into task breakdowns and resource plans
Help document and communicate technical decisions, risks, and design trade-offs
Qualifications:
STEM Bachelor's or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years experience in project/program management (especially technical delivery)
Familiarity with agile workflows, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment
Comfort working with technical teams (simulation, data science, design, engineering)
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Ability to use Git for version control, and GitHub for tracking PRs, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.
Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools) strongly preferred.
Bonus: experience in R&D or multi-disciplinary engineering environments
Bonus: background in product development, especially user experiences
