Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Candolim. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception area activities, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and providing information about the property and services. Other duties include maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and professional interaction techniques
Ability to handle guest relations with patience and a guest-focused approach
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and computer systems
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
