Duration: 6 months, Contract to hire

Pay Range: $45/hr to $46/hr on W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Specialty Recruiter, Intermediate, to join our team. The candidate will evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. The role will utilize the complete functionality of applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.

Conduct structured interviews and assess competencies.

Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries.

Utilize full ATS functionality to source, track, and advance candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Strong assessment and interviewing skills.

Clear communication and collaboration abilities.

3-6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting niche or technical roles.

Familiarity with hiring manager intake and scorecarding practices.
