We’re hiring a Project Manager to support ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects out of the Columbus, OH area. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting across projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with field execution
Lead subcontractor procurement, scope review, and contract management
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentation
Conduct site visits and partner with field teams to drive progress and resolve issues
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
What we’re looking for:
5–10+ years of experience in construction project management
Background in ground-up industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects preferred
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
Strong communication and client-facing skills
