Shipping/Receiving – Temporary

Our customer in Oregon, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Shipping/Receiving to work on 1st shift; this is a temporary position. As a Shipping/Receiving, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely processing.

Responsibilities of the Shipping/Receiving:

Pick and pack parts orders for safe and accurate shipment

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and report discrepancies

Organize and store materials in proper locations

Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and hoists for loading/unloading

Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation

Perform inventory cycle counts and support other warehouse tasks as needed

Shipping/Receiving Requirements and Qualifications:

Knowledge of material handling procedures and inventory practices

Experience with forklifts, pallet trucks, and hoists preferred

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic paperwork and record-keeping abilities

Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay for Shipping/Receiving: Starting at $18/hour.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, Temporary.

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm, overtime if needed.
