Qualifications

2+ years of Prior Authorization pharmacy experience is mandatory.

Pharmacy Tech State Certification is mandatory and PTCB is mandatory.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
