Cherwell Admin/ Developer
Location: St. Louis MO or Charlotte NC
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on site 2 remote each week) -> NO EXCEPTIONS
Duration: 12 months
Interview process: 2 rounds
The client is looking to add 1 more developer to the team. They are hiring because they need to grow the team to help with the workload of 30-40 tickets a day. This developer will be on that team and be responsible for helping with development, support, workflow and buildouts that are necessary.
ANY ticketing experience is okay! It does NOT need to be Cherwell – they will train you on the job as it is a niche system.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Cherwell or other ticketing systems support experience (Cherwell, ServiceNow, Avanti or Remedy)
IT background (hardware, software, ticketing systems)
Infrastructure experience
