ETL Developer

Duration: 3 months contract to hire

Location: Hybrid / Columbus Ohio onsite 3 days a week

Pay rate: $ 55/hr

Conversions salary: $100K plus benefits

Job Summary: The client is currently seeking an ETL Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients. Our client is moving Oracle Essbase from on-prem to the cloud and needs an expert in SSIS. This individual must also have experience with VB.NET and C#. With this transition to the cloud, our client is looking for someone who is a quick learner who can come in, understand the existing environment and make an impact.

Job Description: Modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs. Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements those programs. Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support. Resolves problems which occur in production systems. May serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures. Provides direction and training to other team members.

Required Skills:

3+ years’ experience working in SSIS.

Strong SQL Development skills.

3+ years’ experience working in a C# environment.

3+ years’ experience working with VB.Net.

Working knowledge of Windows Server to do basic install/admin tasks.

Experience working with a scheduling agent such as ServiceNow.
