Job Description:

We are embarking on an exciting initiative to establish a new Scrum Team for Alerts, in our dynamic pod. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Developer with AWS migration experience to lead this team through the development of wide-ranging backend applications. Must have experience with multiple AWS migration experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and growth of a new Scrum Team for Alerts within the pod. Utilize your 7+ years of professional IT experience to contribute to the development of backend applications. Leverage your expertise in Java, J2EE technologies, and the Spring Framework to design and implement robust solutions. Collaborate with the team on the development of microservices using Spring Boot and integration with Angular. Utilize Swagger, Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, and Postman/Newman in the development and testing processes. Bring exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP to enhance our technological landscape.

Required Skills:

7+ years of professional IT experience in application development. Proficiency in modern Java and strong experience in J2EE technologies. Expertise in the Spring Framework and building microservices with Spring Boot. Familiarity with Web services (REST/SOAP) and Angular. Experience with Swagger, Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, and Postman/Newman. Exposure to Cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of leading and contributing to the successful delivery of backend applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
