Responsibilities: Develop Android client code solutions that deliver on our Mobile App Product Strategy and lead engineering best practices, design guidelines and principles Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high performing quality customer experiences in our Capital One banking App Lead group discussions and incorporate feedback/communication from the broader team Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and Architects Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with the team to find creative solutions Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift/Kotlin and other language idioms Grow and provide SME level leadership while leading technical development for a mobile development team

Basic Qualifications - Must have: Bachelors degree 5+ years of professional software development experience 5+ years of leading software development projects through complete release cycles and working with cross-functional business and technology teams 5+ years of professional Android experience
