Sr. ASE - Java FS (Web, Health Passport)

Position Purpose: Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related experience. Healthcare experience strongly preferred, requires demonstrated understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field. Advanced knowledge of agile methodology.

Lots of backlog work to get prepared for new app Team does API dev for Member auths, Member Rxs, mobile friendly app, goal is to be a responsive app for next year. TX Health Plan is the main client Tech Stack: JSP FE – Java 8+, springboot 2+, data stores, oracle db (will take SQL), use a RTR, FS w/ some BE FE: React and JSP BE: java, spring boot.
