Job Title

This position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.

Must Haves: 2+ years of experience with Backend focused but needs to be comfortable working with UI, Java, WebLogic.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Design and Development of Applications and Web Services using the Java EE, JSP, XML, AJAX. Ability to independently perform all developer duties from analysis to deployment to post-production and defect fixing.

• At least 2 years of experience in: Java /J2EE, J2EE patterns, Spring (Spring Core, Spring Rest, Spring Boot)

• Experience using XML, JAXB, and XML persistence using XQuery and XSLT.

• Integration experience using Web Services /REST and EJB preferably on Oracle/WebLogic.

• Presentation frameworks experience – Angular or React or similar frameworks, and jQuery.

• Preferred backend experience to develop Data Layer using frameworks like Hibernate, JPA etc.

• At least 1 year of experience in databases management: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Sybase with advanced SQL knowledge.

• Experience with Stored Procedures, performance tuning of Database queries.

• Experience in code delivery pipelines and adept in Build and Deployment tools using - Shell script, Maven, Gradle, ANSIBLE and Jenkins.

• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Git and Confluence.

• Experience with testing tools- Cucumber, Selenium.

• 2 + years of experience designing enterprise grade applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design; produced high quality design artifacts that cover all aspects of sound architecture.

• Experience in Micro-services architecture and Docker Containers Platforms using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• 2+ years of experience with SAFE Agile, Kanban or SCRUM frameworks.
