Summary: Candidate will work in the healthcare Capitation program supporting a variety of initiatives and business opportunities, including implementation of various Capitation methodologies and Incentives based calculations. Position involves capturing and reporting of information to the Finance teams to determine Provider Reimbursement and payments

Ideal candidate has a finance background, with knowledge of the Healthcare Capitation sector.

Ability to manage large scale projects leading a team of Software Engineers. Architecture / Solutioning Background Healthcare Capitation experience

Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in a large enterprise in an architectural/software engineering role • Experience driving and leading engineering deliverables of multiple scrum teams • Experience leading and using modern software engineering and product development tools Including Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, etc. • Experience with multiple enterprise deployments/configurations in a Public and Private cloud architecture • Developing software in one or more languages (i.e. Java, Golang, Python, Javascript, Groovy, Node.js) • Ability to create and foster a Startup mentality to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities and team transformation • Experience with designing and leveraging automated testing tools and concepts • Continuous Delivery • Git • Configuration Management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar tooling) • Linux command line experience • Container platform • Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments

Preferred Qualifications: • Agile • Platform Engineering • Docker/Kubernetes • Any cloud platform like Azure/AWS • Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, influencing and negotiation
