Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Director, this position will be part of the Marketing team, with a focus on building and implementing brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in developing the commercial strategy and action plans for products by leveraging the global and regional strategy and plans

Have ownership of key events and congress sponsorships

Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have appropriate and relevant materials and messages

Manage external agency relationships (i.e., advertising, public relations, medical education vendors) to develop promotional deliverables. Have materials prepared for key calendar milestones.

Drive appropriate Multi-Channel-Marketing activities with a continued eye for innovation in the digital marketing space

Drive excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning and forecasting

Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Government and Public Affairs to ensure effective implementation of strategies

Develop effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders

Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements

Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Expertise and track record of successful leadership in market planning, tactical development and implementation, budget management and tracking progress of campaigns.

Critical thinker with ability to develop and execute strategy.

Ability to problem solve, deal with ambiguity and find best solutions

Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to understand issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations

Strong team ethic and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Teamwork is at the heart of how we work, and this role is a vital contributor within our team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing plans

Ability to develop, maintain and utilize a high level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of cell therapies to opinion leaders

Excellent and demonstrable command of communicating verbally and in written form
