YOUR MISSION

Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment

Supervise the team under your responsibility.

Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)

Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators.

Operate the mixer to mix concrete;

Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;

Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;

When needed Perform quality control tests;

Operate the loader if required;

Perform all other tasks when required.

YOUR DNA

Being comfortable with various IT software;

Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)

Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate with employees and customers ;

Class 3 driver’s license (an asset).
