ADAMH is seeking our next Provider Relations Manager.
In this role, you will manage ADAMH provider performance activities with an innovative though leader approach on collaboration with internal and external partners.

* See more information on our competitive benefits programs at: What you'll do: * Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge relative to the overall administrative, programmatic and service delivery operations of provider agencies.
* Responsible for oversight and monitoring of ADAMH investment with assigned providers.
* Develops and maintains positive provider relationships through regular on-site and/or virtual/digital visits.
* Monitors provider contract compliance and performance for assigned providers; develops provider performance improvement plans when warranted; reviews agency services plans; collaborates on risk assessments of specific investments; supports mediation processes.
* Assists in the development of ADAMH investment strategies, including provider service allocations, to innovate new models and provide support to provider network development and improvement across ADAMH's system of care investment categories.
* Serves as a liaison for assigned providers with systems partners and other ADAMH business units to provide prompt resolution of provider issues and achieve desired outcomes.
* Assists in planning and implementation of assigned cross-system initiatives which directly impact the service delivery model for individuals involved in the ADAMH treatment system.
* Participates in policy and practice discussions; communicates administrative and programmatic changes; facilitates ongoing education and training.
* Supports the collection, analysis and dissemination of trends related to services provided; assists investigative efforts on trends and patterns warranting further exploration.
* Serves as subject matter expert and/or project lead on assigned initiatives.
* May represent ADAMH in associations, workgroups, committees and task forces.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for: Education: Bachelor's degree in in public administration, public policy, business administration, behavioral health, social services or related field.
Experience: Two (2) years' work experience in public administration, public policy or business administration in behavioral health, social services or related field.
Skills: Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of culturally diverse customers, staff, partners and public.
Knowledge of /experience in delivering evidence-based practices.
Ability to assess, evaluate and think critically (problem solving skills). Strong organization skills.
Excellent computer skills that facilitate the collection, analysis and dissemination of data.
Working knowledge of community resources.
Ability to work and problem solve independently as well as part of a team Strong negotiation skill and ability to interact with staff on all levels and disciplines.
Knowledge of quality improvement/assurance standards and methods.
Adept at creating and managing environmental change by using problem-solving, mediation, analytical and team-building skills.
Knowledge of and working experience in programs and services for people experiencing behavioral health care.
Excellent team-building skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to problem-solve, analyze and use data and plan and facilitate change effectively and creatively.
