Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Facility Type: SNF/LTC

Location: Philadelphia, MS 39350

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 12s - variable Days/Nights both shifts available

Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2

Start: TBD

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients throughout their treatment.

Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.

Ensure that patients take their medication.

Assist doctors and registered nurses.

Liaise with patients' families.

Requirements:

Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

BLS (AHA).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/SNF Facilities.
