Litigation Paralegal
Remote South Africa-Based Candidates Preferred Full-Time
Work with a U.S.-based litigation team in a high-impact legal support role
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S.-based legal team with litigation matters, case preparation, legal drafting, and document management.
This role is ideal for a South Africa-based attorney or legal professional who is comfortable working in a paralegal capacity and has strong litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Position Overview
The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support active cases, prepare legal documents, organize discovery, assist with court filings, and help ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Compensation & Schedule
$1,500-$2,000/month, based on experience
Full-time position
40 hours per week
Schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, to be discussed

This position is remote in South Africa.Compensation:
$10 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities:
Draft and manage discovery responses and legal documents
Review and analyze documents for depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and related litigation documents
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and case materials
Conduct legal research and case-specific analysis
Maintain organized case files and track litigation deadlines
Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and external parties
Provide administrative and document management support as needed
Qualifications:
South Africa-based attorney or legal professional strongly preferred
Litigation experience required
Strong legal drafting and document review skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Close attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based legal team
Experience with U.S. litigation, federal court filings, or discovery is a plus
