Build What Lasts
At Tiara Yachts, strength meets beauty, and it all begins with our composites. As a 2nd Shift Composite Technician, you'll be working hands-on with fiberglass, resins, and core materials to build the very foundation of our boats. You won't just make parts, you'll make strength, structure, and durability that lasts for decades on the water.
If you enjoy working with your hands, care about quality, and want to be part of something that's built to endure, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Prepare molds and apply fiberglass, and resin using hand layup or vacuum infusion techniques
Accurately measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materials
Use rollers, brushes, and tools to ensure even resin distribution and air removal
Monitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grinding
Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped work area
Communicate material needs or issues with your team or supervisor
What It Takes:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn composite techniques
Comfort working in a physically demanding environment (heat, fumes, PPE required)
Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent work
Experience with composites, lamination, or bodywork is a plus, but not required
Team-player attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
Why This Job is Special:
The composite process is where every boat begins, and your hands will form the core of each vessel. Composite Technicians are more than builders; they're the quiet strength behind every wave our boats conquer. You'll walk away every day knowing you helped shape something real, strong, and lasting.
Shape the strength behind every journey.
