HVAC Technicians

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced HVAC technicians for a project in New Albany, OH. This is a contract opportunity with a well-established contractor supporting a specialized mechanical project. As a HVAC Technician your responsibilities on this job will be to assist with large-scale replacement and installation of shrink wrap on wiring harnesses for condenser fans.

This role is ideal for HVAC technicians who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while following established procedures and project checklists.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

Perform replacement and installation of shrink wrap on wiring harnesses for condenser fans

Utilize basic electrical knowledge to support HVAC equipment components

Follow project checklists and detailed work instructions to ensure quality deliverables

Use hand tools to complete mechanical and electrical tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols

Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations

HVAC Technician Requirements

HVAC experience or familiarity with HVAC systems and components

Basic electrical knowledge

Strong mechanical aptitude

Proficiency using common hand tools

Ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Clean background required

Certifications Required

OSHA 10 Certification

Fall Protection Certification
