4K Teacher

Description

The Rice Lake Area School District is seeking a student-centered, trauma informed 4K Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year who is committed to meeting the individual needs of students in a positive learning environment. Candidates must be committed to individualized instruction and positive behavioral interventions and be knowledgeable about the development of young children. This position will teach a section of 4K at Tainter Elementary and a section at Haugen Elementary or Hilltop Elementary with the schedule to be determined based on enrollment.

Appropriate licensure from the WI Dept. of Public Instruction. Preferred qualifications would be training in the Pyramid Model framework and practices, teaching experience in early childhood, 4k, or 5-year-old kindergarten, and familiarity with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
