You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators to facilitate positive outcomes while managing a caseload of 60-70 students. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP services in an educational setting
Previous experience supporting school-aged children preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to travel between two assigned school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech/language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse caseload
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and family members
Support classroom teams and provide recommendations for speech/language interventions
