The Maintenance Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping duties. Working within a maintenance team and under the supervision of a manager, this role focuses on maintaining a safe and clean environment without on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance to prolong equipment and facility lifespan

Complete repair tasks promptly to minimize downtime

Maintain facility cleanliness and orderly appearance through upkeep activities

Conduct groundskeeping to preserve exterior maintenance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in maintenance roles
