The Role
You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
What You'll Do
Electrical panel building.
Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs.
Performing special projects and other duties as directed by the Electrical Engineer.
Providing rotational on-call support (approximately 2 weeks in every 12 weeks).
Using Autodesk AutoCAD.
Measuring physical dimensions of machinery and creating drawings.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Installing, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems
Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems.
Perform repair or replacement on faulty electrical elements of equipment including motors, relays, and switches
Identify when external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with contractor/vendor to complete work
Model, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulations
Define and follow Standard Operating Procedures for repair of electrical systems
Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
Associate degree in automation engineering technology, electrical/electronic technology, mechanical technology or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.
Deals effectively with all levels of company personnel.
Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.
Sound and problematic decision making
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience
Basic computer knowledge
Previous manufacturing experience

Starting Salary:
Wages up to $25.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.
