About the Role:

ACCESS ASSEMBLY LLC is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team in Round Lake Beach, IL. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional assembly solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Assist with sales orders entry into the system

Possible to handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.

Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.

Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.

Assist with HR/ Payroll administrative tasks

Contribute to a positive office culture and team collaboration.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.About Us:
