What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and research support for Health Care Services, including ad hoc and special projects
Coordinate development, inventory, distribution, and timely turnover of health care materials in collaboration with Communication Services
Schedule and coordinate meetings for Health Care Services leadership, managing logistics, room reservations, technology needs, and visitor reception
Serve as primary administrator for Health Care Services SharePoint sites, liaising with ITS and maintaining organized, accessible documentation
Prepare and format materials and presentations for Board meetings, including slide development and proofreading
Coordinate conferences, professional meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports for Health Care Services staff
Draft correspondence, routine memos, reports, and HIPAA-related responses on behalf of leadership using Microsoft Office tools
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, supplies, and equipment for Health Care Services
Establish and maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, including archival records, correspondence, and invoices
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of relevant administrative experience required; health care plan experience preferred
Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or non-standard hours as needed
