Stocker: Harvard, Illinois

Our customer in Harvard, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Stockers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for restocking inventory, preparing outbound orders, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

Responsibilities of the Stocker:

Restock inventory within the department to maintain proper stock levels.

Lift, stack, and stock cartons while preparing outbound orders.

Pick products by order and track inventory using RF scanners.

Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided).

Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory counts.

Follow safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.

Stocker Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1–2 years of experience preferred in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a similar environment.

Ability to perform basic math to ensure accurate inventory counts.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.

Reliable attendance with flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay for Stocker: $18.10/hour.
