Our client provides wood preservation technologies, carbon compounds, and services that support vital infrastructure around the world.

Shifts: 7AM–7PM OR 7PM–7AM, rotating 3day/4day weekly schedule.
What You Will Be Doing
Utility Pole Inspection
Inspect wooden utility poles visually and physically at ground level.
Use hand tools to hammer, dig, and drill to assess pole conditions.
Inspect the exterior condition of transformers.
Record inspection results using a mobile device or tablet.
Communicate daily with project management.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and tools.
Heavy Equipment and Loader Operation
Safely operate loaders and heavy equipment to move and stack poles.
Load and unload poles and products from trucks, railcars, or trailers.
Read work orders and build loads to customer specifications.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and daily safety checks on equipment
Maintain accurate inventory and complete required paperwork.
Clean work areas and maintain safe working conditions.
Treating Operator Support
Comply with all plant administrative rules and operating procedures.
Assist in woodpreserving operations according to customer specifications.
Adjust valves and monitor temperatures, pressures, and cylinder levels.
Perform routine maintenance and assist with boiler operations.
What Is Needed
Ability to perform outdoor, physical, and handson industrial work.
Comfort using hand tools, mobile devices, and industrial equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required.
