We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a newly created position due to growth. Position offers a competitive salary and robust recruitment package. This is a full-time role that will work a M-F, 8-5 schedule.
How you’ll contribute
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Additional responsibilities include:
·Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
·Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
·Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
·Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
·Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Must have:
UT SLP license
Master's degree
Basic Life Support certification
