Filler/Stacker 2nd Shift

Filler/Stacker Position in Rochelle, Illinois

Our customer in Rochelle, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their production team. We’re recruiting Filler/Stackers to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Filler/Stacker, you will be responsible for filling bags with dry food mix, preparing them for shipment, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area.

Responsibilities of the Filler/Stacker:

Fill bags with dry food mix and prepare them for sealing.

Lift 50–55 lbs.; work is waste-high, reducing strain on back and knees.

Operate sealing machines when required.

Follow food safety and work rules carefully, paying close attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Filler/Stacker Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to show up consistently and follow instructions closely.

Ability to pay attention during training, safety videos, and on-the-job instructions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tolerating dust.

Ability to work independently or with one other person in the room.

Cleanish steel-toed boots required (boot covers provided).

No visible piercings, including tongue rings, and no nail polish.

English reading and speaking required.

Pay for Filler/Stacker: $17.75/hour.
