Qualifications:
Two years of management experience in healthcare related field
Clinical background is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of Supportive Living regulations a plus
Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead employees
Highly motivated, energetic, and dependable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Be able to work with others in a team environment effectively, efficiently, and professionally
Must enjoy the many challenges of today's health care field
