Reduce operational backlog (tickets, data cleanup, reporting requests)

Run and validate standard LMS/LXP reports

Perform data validation related to completions, assignments, and user access

Support Workday user file validation and identify data issues (no integration ownership)

Document recurring issues and escalate trends to IT or vendors

Partner with platform vendors to resolve defects and support tickets

Support internal stakeholders (L&D, HR, IT) with platform-related questions

Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise LMS/LXP platforms

Bachelor's degree in Learning, HR, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
