Join Indotronix as an Assembler Level 2 and contribute to the precision assembly of cutting-edge electronic and mechanical components. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll work with state-of-the-art technology, interpreting complex technical documentation and ensuring top-tier quality across production lines. [Responsibilities]
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and modules with accuracy and efficiency
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to execute tasks precisely
- Prepare layouts and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws
- Conduct continuity checks and perform in-process and final quality inspections in line with specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies as needed to meet evolving requirements
- Test prototype assemblies under simulated conditions, supporting innovation and continuous improvement
- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 2+ years of assembly experience in electronic or mechanical manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with soldering (J-STD certification a plus), surface mount technology, or wire harness assembly
- Skilled in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and work instructions
- Proficient in using microscopes for precision assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- High School Diploma or GED
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience assembling or troubleshooting RF, Communication, Navigation, and Identification systems
- Background in rework/modification of dense SMT circuit boards or prototype cables
- Proficient in microscope-based assembly of small mechanical parts
- Familiarity with MES systems such as SAP, Solumina, or Tableau
- Knowledge of ESD, FOD, ITAR, or AS9100 compliance standards
