Pay Rate: $22.50/hour (includes shift differential)

Job Summary
Under direct supervision of the Shift Operations Manager, the Packaging Machine Operator (AHP) is responsible for packaging activities including equipment sanitation, preparation of packaging materials, machine support, and packing finished products for shipment in a manufacturing environment.
This role is compliance-critical and requires strict adherence to cGMPs, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment while maintaining quality and production standards.
Possible Work Areas
Decommission Product
Scan barcodes to decommission products
Remove caps and empty product contents
Perform basic entry-level production tasks
Pack Out
Fill cartons with product
Verify sterile labels and sterilization data
Operate tape machines
Stack completed cartons onto pallets
Filler
Monitor and observe machinery during operation
Remove empty items from the line
Stop machinery when jams or issues occur
Assist with basic machine operation tasks
Essential Job Duties
Stage approved repackaging materials and equipment for production runs
Assist with operating packaging equipment and minor troubleshooting
Follow escalation procedures when mechanical issues occur
Repackage raw materials into finished products according to specifications
Assist with production room cleaning and equipment sanitation
Participate in all required packaging, compliance, and safety training
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with operations and quality teams
Report production or quality issues promptly
Complete production and compliance documentation accurately
Follow all cGMP, SOP, and workplace safety requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts
Strong hand dexterity and coordination
Ability to lift, push, and handle items averaging 25 lbs and up to 35 lbs
Basic math skills required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to follow detailed instructions and use good judgment
Previous assembler or production line experience preferred
Reliable attendance required

Machine operation or assembly experience
Experience working in regulated or quality-focused environments
