Pools Plus of the Carolinas – Myrtle Beach, SC
Pools Plus of the Carolinas is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced swimming pool construction company.
This is not a sit-and-scroll position. We need someone who can think ahead, solve problems, communicate professionally, and keep projects moving.
Responsibilities Include: • Answering phones and handling customer communication
• Scheduling and coordinating crews, deliveries, and inspections
• Managing permits, paperwork, and job files
• Updating Buildertrend / JobTread systems
• Assisting with invoicing, payments, and office organization
• Following up with customers and vendors
• Daily reporting and task management
• Helping keep operations efficient and on schedule
What We’re Looking For: • Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Experience with construction, scheduling, QuickBooks, Buildertrend, or JobTread is a plus
• Must be able to handle pressure and changing priorities without falling apart when three phones ring and someone says the concrete truck is early.
