Position Summary
We are seeking Production Associates to join a powder coat line team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for completing the powder coating process while maintaining quality standards and production goals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
Move sandblasted bumpers and grill guards into the paint booth for processing.
Remove debris from parts using an air hose prior to coating.
Apply powder coating following approved procedures and quality standards.
Maintain and perform basic upkeep of coating equipment to ensure proper operation.
Read and follow work orders, prints, and measurements accurately.
Meet daily production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely; this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements
Experience operating equipment such as coating guns, pumps, compressors, and measuring tools preferred
Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. Consistently
Ability to work standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to work in environments with fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to rotate into other production roles as needed
Employment Type & Compensation
This is a Full-Time Tem-to-Hire position
Pay rate is $16.00 per hour
Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM
