We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime.
Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
Conduct electrical maintenance including wiring, circuit testing, and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize automation processes.
Execute welding tasks and mechanical repairs using appropriate tools and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Support facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and residential painting as needed.
Supervise or assist with projects involving team members or contractors to ensure quality standards are met efficiently.
Use tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical systems’ health.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for complex repairs or installations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background.
Demonstrated electrical experience including working with PLCs, schematics, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams accurately.
Hands-on experience with ohmmeters or similar diagnostic tools for electrical testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Welding skills with certification or significant hands-on experience.
Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance teams.
Knowledge of residential painting techniques.
