Ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process by operating and monitoring the production line in compliance with applicable safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Scope of Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure compliance of processes with ISO standards, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental regulations.
Comply with occupational health and safety rules as well as fire protection regulations.
Operate machines and equipment on the production line in accordance with work instructions and operating procedures.
Perform quality control of manufactured products.
Report equipment malfunctions and technical or quality non-conformities.
Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with the 5S methodology and perform routine maintenance activities assigned to the production line operator.
Complete production documentation (work orders, job cards, daily reports).
Cooperate with the technical team, quality control, shift supervisor, and production department management.
Participate in line changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
Ensure minimization of material losses and optimal use of resources.
Take initiative and participate in continuous improvement projects and optimization initiatives.
Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Requirements and Competencies
Education
Minimum vocational education (technical or vocational diploma).
Experience
Previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.
Basic knowledge of technical drawings (optional).
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical documentation.

Number of customer complaints / internal scrap rate (within own department).
Number of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) ideas submitted.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Fast-paced environment.
Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75 - $16.25 per hour
