Candidates will work closely within a small team to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests, handling various tasks from order taking to cash handling while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Deliver attentive customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders
Set up tables according to restaurant standards
Handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests
Clean and reset tables to uphold cleanliness and hygiene
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years experience in restaurant service roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems for order and payment processing
Ability to memorize menus and specials
Effective multitasking and time management capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborative team player within small groups
